The Nali Amusements Referral Program offers a $100 referral incentive for qualified new business locations. By submitting a referral, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• Referrals must be for businesses that are new to Nali Amusements.

• ​The referred business must not be currently operating a Nali Amusements claw machine or arcade.

• The referred business must not already be in active discussions or negotiations with Nali Amusements at the time the referral is submitted.

• Referral rewards are intended for third-party referrals. Business owners referring their own business location are not eligible for the referral incentive.

2. Referral Submission Requirements

​

• Referrals must be submitted through the official Nali Amusements referral form.

• The referral must include sufficient and accurate business information.

• Only the first verified referral received for a specific business will be eligible for the reward.

If multiple parties refer the same business, the reward will be issued to the first qualifying submission as determined by Nali Amusements.

3. Qualification for Payment

 

The $100 referral reward will be issued only after:

1. The referred business signs a formal location agreement with Nali Amusements.

2. A Nali machine is installed at the location.

3. The machine has been actively operating for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.

 

If a business signs but later cancels, removes the machine, or does not complete 30 days of operation, no referral payment will be issued.

4. Payment Terms

​

• The referral reward is a one-time payment of $100 per qualifying business location.

• Payment will be issued within 30 days after the 30-day operational requirement is met.

• Payments may be made via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or another mutually agreed method.

• Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes related to referral payments.

5. Location Approval

 

Nali Amusements reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a referred business meets placement standards. Submission of a referral does not guarantee installation.

 

 

6. Program Changes

​

Nali Amusements reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Referrals submitted prior to termination will be honored if all qualification requirements are met.

 

 

7. Fraud & Abuse

​

Nali Amusements reserves the right to deny payment for referrals that are incomplete, fraudulent, misleading, self-submitted in violation of eligibility rules, or otherwise inconsistent with the intent of the program.
